Client: Bayer Crop Science
Bayer's Crop Science division is one of the world leaders in the field of agricultural inputs. The activity of the Crop Science Division in Romania includes the development and marketing of innovative high-performance products for agricultural crops: fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, seed treatment products, DEKALB hybrid seeds for corn and rape. It also offers, through the Environmental Science department, professional solutions for the hygiene and public health sector.
The client collaborates with Universal Group, their exclusive distributor in Romania. Bayer Crop Science was facing planning challenges (sales volume, inventory, cash flow) and needed accurate information from its' distributor. Universal Group is a Romanian entrepreneurial company with over 20 years of experience in the field of agricultural distribution.
Client's objective
As part of a global growth strategy in Central and Eastern Europe, the client wanted to develop its' business in Romania, helping Universal Group to optimize its' business. This approach addressed the following objectives for the distributor: i) To be able to cope with higher demands and volumes in the future, ii) To become competitive in a market where profitability margins have decreased significantly, iii) To better manage the financial situation (profitability, inventories, cash flow). Moreover, another common goal was to increase transparency and stabilize financial data with the aim of improving planning quality.

Client: Grup Servicii Petroliere (Offshore integrated service provider for the Oil & Gas industry)
Grup Servicii Petroliere (GSP), one of the major Oil & Gas players at the Black Sea, was established in 2004, as a Romanian private entity. GSP started as a drilling contractor, and since then it has been continuously investing in expanding its range of services. Today, GSP has the capabilities to cover an extensive range of services, from drilling and greenfield developments to asset management of brownfields.
In June 2019, GSP Offshore SRL has signed the Framework Agreement for Integrated Offshore Services (IOS) of the facilities and equipment of OMV Petrom’s Upstream Division in Asset X. The contract has been awarded following a public procurement procedure in which three international and two local service providers have tendered for. As general contractor, GSP has integrated a series of services that includes onshore and offshore operations and maintenance, as well as harbour operations, maritime transportation, aviation services and other support services.
GSP’s objectives were to win the contract and to successfully deliver the Integrated Services Contract (ISC), by reaching the OMVP contract targets and increase the overall performance.

Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport is situated in southeastern Romania. It is the main airport in the Dobrogea region and provides access to Constanța County, the Port of Constanța and the Black Sea resorts. The Airport conducts the following activities: airside operations, landside operations, Information Management and Administration. Some of the Airport’s main activities are related to ensuring safe and secure conditions for airlines and passengers. Safety and security targets are set by international and national regulatory bodies.
The client aimed to reduce Safety and Security risk by optimizing and automating the Safety Compliance Management Processes. This implies digitizing all audit- and inspection-related activities. These activities refer to nonconformity tracking, field and office task management, execution monitoring, deadline signaling, notifications, internal and external reporting, data analytics of incidents. The digitization of these activities must comply with international and national aviation rules and regulations.
