Client: International I-o-T, AI and Video Management Software Solution Provider (B2B)
An international client that offers solutions for integrating and managing large-scale Internet of Things (IoT) and Video Management Systems (VMS) networks and deployments. The solutions include complex sensor networks via a single rapid, affordable processes, utilizing existing infrastructure and assets. It integrates systems from different manufacturers and suppliers providing a single interface for viewing data and configuring complex interactions between different subsystems.
The client has been successful in providing different solutions to its existing customers. However, it acknowledged the fact that they needed to set up an innovation (R&D) focused organization that would enable continuous development of service offerings. The reason for this is that they wanted to remain competitive and ad hoc product development was not enough. Consequently, in order to reduce the risk associated with new product development (incl. the platform mentioned above), they approached Enovise Present to help them implement Design Thinking and Performance Management best practices suitable for their organization.
The client wanted to develop an innovative technological platform for identifying, utilizing, and managing different types of resources such as servers, vehicles, video network and machines. This would enable the client to increase efficiency for asset and budget utilization. The platform is based on three digital components: Cloud Computing, IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Video-Image Processing.
